Atty. PoL is a business lawyer, labor law coach, corporate counsel, legal educator, and conflict strategist with at least 28 years of professional experience.
He also conducts legal training programs for companies.
He served as Executive Director* of the National Labor Relations Commission - Department of Labor and Employment; Chief Legislative Officer** at the Philippine Senate; and President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - PPLM Chapter.
In 2017 and 2019, he was awarded as one of the Most Outstanding Alumni of the University of the Philippines.
