We help business owners (both Filipinos and foreigners), investors, entrepreneurs, executives, managers, supervisors, and human resource professionals navigate and succeed in the Philippine legal and regulatory environment.
Our founder, Attorney Apollo X.C. S. Sangalang ("Atty. PoL"), is a business lawyer, labor law coach, corporate counsel, legal educator and conflict strategist with more than 28 years of professional experience. He also conducts legal training for companies.
Atty. Marvyn A. Gaerlan, our co-founder, is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with an engineering background. He is also a commercial and transactional law expert; a data privacy law compliance advisor; a certified occupational safety and health standards consultant; and a total rewards professional.
Our team of lawyers, paralegals and legal staff are client-focused, responsive and accessible.
We are based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. In light of the post-pandemic new normal, we reinvented ourselves as an online law firm, also doing business as "SGLawFirm Online."
