Attorney Nathalie L. Pattugalan, a Junior Partner of the firm, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and lawyer. She handles labor cases and assists clients on corporate, tax and HR concerns. She handles business registration and provides consultancy services to both local and foreign clients who intend to do business in the Philippines. She also specializes on drafting, review and analysis of contracts, as well as company policies and procedures manual. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Nathalie had more than 15 years of experience as an Accounting Manager in different types of business organizations. As such, she was responsible for tax, corporate and other business regulatory compliance
