Gerald Dick B. Baro

Attorney Gerald Dick B. Baro is one of the firm’s Junior Partners. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, labor and employment, as well as criminal and civil litigation. As a litigation attorney, he actively appears before the courts of all levels including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court and other quasi-judicial and administrative agencies. He is also a professorial lecturer at the Far Eastern University wherein he teaches business law subjects such as Obligations and Contracts, Law on Partnership, Corporation and Labor Law.

Presently, he is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Vice Governor, Province of Bulacan.
