Atty. Marvyn A. Gaerlan is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with an engineering background, as well as a commercial and transactional law expert.
He is also a data privacy law compliance advisor; a certified occupational safety and health standards consultant; and a Certified Total Rewards Specialist (CTRS by the ASEAN Total Rewards Institute), aside from being a specialist on labor and business laws.

Atty. Gerald Dick B. Baro

Atty. Gerald Dick B. Baro is one of the firm’s Junior Partners. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, labor and employment, as well as criminal and civil litigation. As a litigation attorney, he actively appears before the courts of all levels including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court and other quasi-judicial and administrative agencies. He is also a professorial lecturer at the Far Eastern University wherein he teaches business law subjects such as Obligations and Contracts, Law on Partnership, Corporation and Labor Law.
Presently, he is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Vice Governor, Province of Bulacan.

Atty. Gerard Nelson C. Manalo

Atty. Gerard Nelson C. Manalo, a Junior Partner of the firm, is a graduate of Far Eastern University Institute of Law. He handles Criminal and Civil Law cases and assists clients on corporate, tax and HR concerns. He handles business registration and provides consultancy services to both local and foreign clients who intend to do business in the Philippines. He also specializes on litigation and labor cases. He is a professor at Quezon City University teaching law subjects. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Atty. Manalo had been a paralegal and legal researcher of Atty. Apollo X.C.S. Sangalang. He also became the Office Manager of Seneres, Tuason, Balbin, Sanagalang and Amansec Law Offices. With his experience in handling legal matters even prior to becoming a lawyer, he now carries with him rich and evolving experience to cater the needs of the firm's client.
Presently, he is concurrent Chief of Staff, Office of the Governor, Province of Bulacan as well as Chief, Provincial Legal Office, Province of Bulacan.

Atty. Nathalie L. Pattugalan CPA

Atty. Nathalie L. Pattugalan, a Junior Partner of the firm, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and lawyer. She handles labor cases and assists clients on corporate, tax and HR concerns. She handles business registration and provides consultancy services to both local and foreign clients who intend to do business in the Philippines. She also specializes on drafting, review and analysis of contracts, as well as company policies and procedures manual. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Nathalie had more than 15 years of experience as an Accounting Manager in different types of business organizations. As such, she was responsible for tax, corporate and other business regulatory compliance

Atty. Dr. Earl Louie M. Masacayan, a Junior Partner of the firm, is the Associate Dean of the Philippine Law School. He is also an author of three books collectively called as the "Masacayan Business Law Trilogy" which includes Labor, Taxation, and Commercial Laws all published by CentralBooks. He is also an MCLE lecturer, Bar Reviewer, and Professor in law schools and business schools from undergraduate to PhD level. His teaching and lecturing stints includes Philippine Law School, Philippine Christian University - College of Law, Villasis Law Center Bar Review, ACCESS Online MCLE, Emilio Aguinaldo College Manila - School of Business Education, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila - College of Business Administration, Asia Pacific College - School of Management, Rizal College of Laguna - School of Management and Accountancy, and Adamson University - Social Sciences Department.
Associate Dean Masacayan is an experienced lawyer who worked for the government which includes Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), law firms, and private companies; and managed various departments such as legal, compliance, human resources, and procurement. He has also experience in practicing various facets of law such as litigation, labor, banking & finance, data privacy, public procurement, corporate housekeeping & compliance, and maritime crew claims. He is currently a Vice President of the Maritime Law Association of the Philippines.
He got his AB, Major in Political Science degree at De La Salle University - Manila. He continued studying at the University of Santo Tomas – Manila where he got his Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Thereafter, he pursued graduate studies at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila where he obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degrees
He is a member of the firm's litigation team and he also handles various facets of business laws such as labor, banking & finance, data privacy, public procurement, corporate housekeeping, and compliance.
