    PEA License Application

    in Labor & Employment Laws

We are establishing an executive searh firm/headhunting firm and we will be applying for a PEA License soon. Questions are:

    1. Is virtual office acceptable? We have been granted the required square meter space and duration of lease in the contract and the contract was accepted by DOLE, but would this still be acceptable during ocular inspection?

    2. Can we reapply for a license if we get disapproved the first time?

    3. Is the Authority to Recruit required for us if we are just recruiting within our offices?

    4. Are there any reports to be submitted to DOLE monthly by our kind of firm aside from the Monthly Candidates and Placements Report (e.g. PEO; CVs, birth certificates, and barangay clearances of ALL applicants)? We used to work in a similar firm and were not aware of these reports especially requiring of CVs, birth certificates, and barangay clearances of our applicants to be submitted to them.

    Thank you.
