About The Event
The entire Luzon island has been placed under "Enhanced Community Quarantine" by President Rodrigo R. Duterte due to the CoVid-19 outbreak. He also declared a State of Calamity for a period of 6 months throughout the Philippines.
Many establishments were required to suspend operations or operate under work-from-home arrangements.
RA 11165 or the Telecommuting Act governs the relationship between employers and telecommuting employees.
However, not all work-from-home workers are telecommuting employees. Some are field personnel. Some are paid based on results. Others are freelancers.
