Paralegal Studies in Human Resources Certification Course:

We shall be launching our "Paralegal Studies in Human Resources Certification Course", designed and facilitated by Atty. Apollo X.C. S. Sangalang.

We strongly recommend this course for your company's officers in charge of human resources.

This HR Paralegal Course is an intensive legal coaching workshop on labor law compliance and labor relations conducted for 10 Saturdays from May to July 2020.

Why 10 Saturdays?

It's because the focus of this course is not only knowledge enhancement about labor law, but the equipping of participants on the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA) needed by your business organizations, such as:

1. How to effectively write legally compliant company policies on human resources;

2. How to effectively write legally compliant employment contracts;

3. How to effectively write legally compliant disciplinary memos, notices and decisions;

4. How to effectively gather legally acceptable substantial evidence on labor law compliance;

5. How to effectively write legally compliant position papers for labor cases; and

6. Other skills and abilities related to strategizing and tactical planning on legal compliance.

Participants must pass a certification examination to complete the course.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS.

Dates: May 9, 16, 23 and 30; June 6, 20 and 27; July 4, 11 and 18, 2020 (10 Saturdays)

NOTE: Meals and textbooks are NOT included in the price.
