2. Comparative analysis of typical business organizations in the Philippines: sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation and cooperative (with a brief update on the new tax reform law or TRAIN Law).

3. Overview of the new online procedure of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the "Company Registration System";

4. Republic Act No. 11032 otherwise known as the "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018";

5. Overview of the Foreign Investment Act, the FIA-Negative List and other laws affecting doing business in the Philippines;

6. An overview on one of the Philippines' special economic zones: the Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport, also known as APECO;

7. Updates on visas for foreign investors and business owners;

8. Updates on the procedure in applying for Alien Employment Permits (AEP);

9. Updates on the procedure in applying for Special Work Permit, Provisional Work Permit, and 9G Work Visa (for foreign workers).

10. Case study of a Supreme Court decision: American Power Conversion Corp. et. al. vs. Lim, January 11, 2018.
