About The Event

The entire Luzon island has been placed under extended "Enhanced Community Quarantine" by President Rodrigo R. Duterte due to the CoVid-19 outbreak. He also declared a State of Calamity for a period of 6 months throughout the Philippines. He was granted Emergency Powers by the Philippine Legislature under the Republic Act No. 11469 (or "Bayahihan to Heal as One Act") to address the State of Public Health Emergency.

Many establishments were required to suspend operations or operate under work-from-home (WFH) arrangements. Those allowed to operate are required to use skeletal workforce and observe strict social distancing in the workplace.

With WFH and social distancing becoming the "new normal" in most businesses, the know-how in electronic evidence in human resource processes becomes a necessity.

Learn how to document your hiring, paying, controlling, and firing processes electronically and legally.

Join us in an online learning event (webinar) on the law and best practices on electronic evidence for human resource processes as we wait out this extended "lockdown" and practice "strict social distancing" to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus contagion.

This webinar is hosted and facilitated by Atty. PoL Sangalang, Atty. Marvyn Gaerlan, and Atty. Gerard Manalo, Partners of the Sangalang & Gaerlan, Business Lawyers.
